Gearing up tonight to get ready for tomorrow. The big day has finally come! We are celebrating our niece’s quince!!!! 💕 Now that we got married, I can say our niece. lol! When I came into Rubi’s family, Camila was very little. I always heard Rubi’s stories how she would drag Camila to the makeup stores, Target and all the other things girls like to do. I always thought that was neat but I can assure you that the whole family is thinking about how Camila grew up in a blink of an eye. She’s competitive, fun to be around with and tomorrow is all about her. Thankful that I’m the Unc that was chosen to photograph such an important milestone for Camila.

Tomorrow is a big day and I am excited for it! Felices Quince Años, Camila! 💕👑

While sending Araceli and Epi their family photos, it dawned on me how fast time goes by. Right around the same time last year, we did their first family photos. Little Epi has grown so much in just one year. This year he really loved the ducks at the ponds. I can’t wait for the next one to see how much he’ll grow in the next year. ❤️🙏🏽

Today was delivery day for Iris and her family! I unfortunately thought that I was going to deliver their final photos about a month ago and that didn’t happen. Yet, they were so patient and nice. Their final photo count was just over 900 images from Quince day and I am positive we could’ve easily delivered over 1,200 but something happened beyond our control. However, her quince was beautiful and meaningful to everyone that attended. I for sure know that Iris was extra grateful that day because she demonstrated that. I just hope she had fun and that our way of working was something to remember.

Been a while right? Things have been wildly busy behind the scenes. All I do is shoot and deliver final photos. Leaving literally no time to post. But I am very thankful for Jazmin and Nick. You probably remember that I got to photograph their wedding and now their maternity photos. While this session was created some many weeks ago, I am thankful for the opportunity. Thank you Minnie and Nick! ❤️

Ps. If you’ve noticed our absence on the feed, it’s because we’re drowning in wedding errands. Literally drowning. We’ll bounce back soon. Don’t forget about us. We still exist! 😂

Over the weekend, Ximena celebrated her Quinceañera with family and loved ones. While we didn’t shoot her event, her Tia actually booked her a little studio session and it went amazing! I truly hope that she enjoyed her photos but I really hope that she had the best time celebrating her Quince! Thank you Ximena! 💕

Sometimes you get some wild families. Other times you get families that really get WILD. They got so wild they did their photos on a Sunday morning at 7AM!!! 🤯🫨😆 I was even afraid it wasn’t going to work for some and they all showed up. Everyone looked so nice that it was almost unbelievable it was 7am when we started shooting. I can’t thank them enough for that and I am very appreciative of getting to work with all of them one more time. Thank you ALL! 🤟🏽💕

Rain, rain, go away. We have a Quince today! Celebrating Elizabeth today in just a few hours, but we got to do her pre-session a little over a month ago. I just truly hope that she enjoyed her session as much as I enjoyed shooting it.

Whether we get rain or sun, we will make the best of today for Elizabeth! 💕

Quince day for Emma! 🙏🏽🫶👸🏻 Super excited for a big day ahead of us. Nonetheless, we are there for a good time!

Finally sharing her pre-session that went absolutely amazing. Like always, most quinceañeras are little bit nervous to shoot at first but once they see how easy-going photos can be, it makes it so easy to see get genuine smiles! That is the goal for today. All genuine smiles and laughs!

Good morning fam and goooooooood morning event season! ☀️ Today we kick off the event season with Iris! I’ve been wanting to share her set but figured I wait until the big day. Lots planned for the day but most importantly, I want Iris to just enjoy her big day. That’s the key to bring back beautiful memories from an event.

Senior photos with Jr! 🎓😎 It’s been a while since I’ve felt old, but doing Jr’s photos really made me feel old. I’ve got to watch this kid grow up and I always hear nothing but good things about him when I’m getting a haircut. For his set, we kept it close and we lucked out. Downtown C-Town was empty on Easter and it just worked out. So of course I had to get a photo of him in front of his Dad’s barbershop. Gotta pay homage to a local staple and getting a photo in front of Firme Cuts was just right. The firme way. 😎

Jr brought both trucks and we made sure to get him some photos with them. Thank you Jr for a great session and congratulations on this milestone. 🙏🏽

Ps. I’ve been rocking with Firme Cuts since before it was Firme Cuts. Stay loyal to your barbers. In the end, it will always be worth it. Saul’s been chopping me up for about 22 years now. Of course I had to get my barber’s kid right! 🔥😬
