I type this post with hesitant fingers but am hoping my decision will help clarify where my educational journey will take me and help me connect with my older kiddos as they leave the house (fingers crossed) for college and a new high school. I have started graduate school in environmental science and as well all know, going back to school is tough with kids at home, sports activities and attempting to use that hamster brain of mine! I will be taking 3 online classes and my kids will be attending 4 different schools this Fall, therefore, I am pulling back on my photography services. I will not be offering mini's this year because I simply can't fit it in my schedule with school, being an Uber driver (of my kids, one now plays in Ventura), and helping my older parents. Mini's are hard work and I just can't give you the same quality time and focus with everything else going on.

Currently, the only photography I am helping with is maternity shoots and birth sessions (as these are very rare!) with my business partner Loren Haar. Our site is

Throughout the year, please feel free to check in to see if I am offering full family sessions. I do have a few weeks before quarters and some time in the spring and summers. Full sessions are longer and crafted carefully instead of super short minis (which I know is better for so many families of young kids!).

Some of my families have been with me for 8 plus years so thank you, thank you, thank you for all your support and memories over the years! We will see what happens in the future, its not a full stop, just a bit of a break to focus on school and kids who are growing up way too fast!

Spring Minis are here! Come play outside with me and let the kids run free! These are less posed, more adventurous- bring their favorite toys or costumes, or only have the grandparents in the frame with the kiddos or just the kiddos!!! I'll be doing a limited amount of sessions at 4 different locations- Arroyo Verde Park, Conejo Valley Botanical Gardens, Santa Rosa Valley Park, and the Barranca in Camarillo!

These 30 minute sessions are quick and easy and make great Mothers or Father's day gifts!

I wanted to reach out and just steal this baby. What a gorgeous family! Beach sessions may sound scary and chaotic but they are my favorite! Even if the kids get wet, you are going to get their true smiles and joy of being outside and enjoying the water!
