I specialize in photographing meetings and conventions of all sizes. I’ve covered meetings for the last 7 years, ranging from 30 people in a small space all the way up to 35,000 attendee conventions in Las Vegas. I work a lot around Boston and Cambridge but also travel around the country to photograph events for my clients. What else I do:
- Since 2015 I’ve been working as the tourism photographe
r for Greater Boston. My job has been to capture images of the Boston area showcasing it’s beauty and encouraging people to visit. You may see my images in Logan Airport as you travel into or out of our great city!
- I build custom stock libraries for businesses and cities. Instead of purchasing generic stock images I create a library of photos of specific events, locations, and happenings that can range from small projects to years long archives. My clients have included the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau, Boston Duck Tours, The City of Cambridge, and more.
- Lots of professional headshots! How I got here:
I grew up in the photo industry. My mom was a single parent and the owner of a fantastic fine art wedding studio in Connecticut. I started apprenticing with her at 13 and by 16 I began photographing weddings of my own. After completing my BFA from Tufts and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston in 2009 I shifted my focus from weddings and portraits to commercial photography.
