I genuinely want to care for you when I am capturing your memories. Whether it’s capturing the last stages of your soul horse & soul dog’s lives, you’re getting married or you just changed careers. I’m here to support you & cheer you on.

Shea & I had a blast messing around with Freckles & Max, and at the end she invited my daughter and I over for dinner. It truly was the best way to end a session because it’s why I love getting to do what I do. I love getting to know you & having fun with you!

Life is too short to not do something fun during your session.

When you hire me as your photographer, the first thing I do is send over my storytelling questionnaire. This has every question under the sun so I can get to know you & your partner and create a fun storytelling session for you.

Why do I do this? Because it helps me create images like this that not only show off what you love to do together, but it brings you & your partner out of your shell & your personality blossoms!

Having fireworks at your wedding is top tier just sayinggg. I’m still not over this day with Madison & Zack because they did what I want all of my couples to do! They did whatever the heck they wanted to & it ended up being the perfect day! They got married on Madison’s parents land, and went about their day being relaxed and in the moment. I couldn’t have pictured a better day for them even if I tried!

“Does it matter if we “click” with our photographer?”

Oh my lanta YES. Here’s why.⬇️

Getting photographed can be a very intimate thing. That person is documenting everything you like & dislike about yourself. You deserve to have a photogrpaher that brings out the best in you & your partner.

Maybe you want someone that will bring you out of your shell! Or maybe you want someone that is super wild and goofy that will be coocoo bananas with you lol.

So when you’re in the process of finding a photographer for your big moments, remember that if you don’t feel like you clicked, THAT’S OKAY. All I want is for you to find someone that’s going to make your special moment even more special by being a part of it.

When I think of wedding days, I never actually think about the day going “perfectly”.

Hear me out lol.

Of course you want your day to be perfect and you don’t want anything to go “wrong”. But what if you embraced the day and remembered that life isn’t perfect? What if you chose to live in the moment and you ended up having the best day of your life? That’s exactly how Chloe & Mitch’s day went and I don’t think it could’ve been any better!

Moral of the story is, yes your day deserves to be perfect. But you also deserve to have fun and not worry about the little things, so take a deep breath, (hire amazing vendors hehe🙂‍↕️), and have fun with your people! You only get to do this for the first time once and you don’t wanna spend it being stressed out and not being present.🩷

“Will you pose us?” “We aren’t photogenic.” “Will you tell us what to do?”

The answer is yes, but also no. Let me explain.

I will give you prompts, I will explain what I want you to do but not specifically. I try to direct in a way where you & your partner can do what feels natural to you which in return will give you photographs that are not only beautiful, but unique for just you!

So yes I will give you poses and you don’t have to worry about being a model or wondering if I will tell you what to do. Put the trust in me because that’s why you hire me, so you don’t have to worry about those things.☺️

HOA HOA HOA HOA HOAAAAAAA (me the entire time I have been in oregon). I had Emma & Enzo go to this waterfall I went to about a year ago and it was epicccc.

I am truly obsesssssed with how these images came out! But if i’m being honest just getting to hang out with these two for the day was pretty epic. We got so lucky and it didn’t even rain on their elopement day! It was so sick.

When I think about the perfect wedding day, I don’t think about the perfect florals, dress, venue, etc.

I think about the intentionality, the love, the small moments shared between you & your partner as well as your family & friends.

The connection. I wanna see you having a blast because you are freaking married!! Toss your worries, and be present. Because time is a thief and it goes by way too fast.
