I am pretty convinced we experienced every possible level of wind during the E family’s session at Coyote Hills Regional Park! Hair was flying, dresses were flapping, and at one point I think we were all just trying not to get blown away!

But honestly, this tribe handled it like champs. They showed up with the best attitudes, laughed through the chaos, and fully embraced the day instead of stressing about the conditions. That kind of energy always makes for the best sessions.

I loved capturing this big, beautiful family and all the different personalities within it. The playful moments, the sweet interactions, the sibling dynamics, and all the little in-between moments made this session so special.

Even with the wild weather, the warmth and love in this family completely stole the show. Proof that perfect photos do not require perfect conditions.

Getting to photograph the J family year after year is something I never take for granted. It’s been such a joy watching their family grow over time, and each session feels like catching up with old friends!

The brothers are always so fun to photograph. They have the best energy, are so easygoing, and somehow always bring the biggest, most genuine smiles. They make my job feel effortless every single time!

This session at Shoreline Park surprised us with some unexpected wind and chilly weather, but this crew handled it like champs. They showed up with such great attitudes and brought so much warmth and joy despite the cold.

So grateful for families like this who continue to trust me to capture their memories year after year. It truly means so much!

A little behind on sharing so many beautiful sessions because life has been so full lately, but each one is so special to me and I can’t wait to keep sharing more!

This session at Filoli Gardens during the holidays was such a dream. We were watching the weather all day and somehow the rain held off just for us, which felt like such a gift. And baby Finn... 5 months old with the absolute cutest smile that just melts you!

Had so much fun photographing my daughter’s volleyball team for their Media Day! The girls brought so much energy and came up with the most creative (and hilarious) buddy poses. I loved getting to capture it all!

There’s something special about a team that plays great on the court and has just as much fun together off the court. So much love for this crew. Go Eclipse 16 Solar! 🏐💛

The last time I photographed the wonderful K family, their kids were in middle school. Now they’re both in high school, and it’s been so special to see how much they’ve grown and matured. Watching families evolve over the years is one of my favorite parts of this work. We met at the beautiful Stanford University campus, and one of the highlights of the session was capturing three generations of women together with grandma. I always look forward to my annual session with the C family! There’s something so special about photographing a family year after year and watching the kids grow while their connection stays just as sweet! These two especially melt my heart every time. The most loving big brother and the sweetest little sister there ever was. The way they look out for each other, laugh together, and naturally gravitate toward one another always reminds me of Precious Moments characters come to life. The sweetest time with the M family and their adorable baby boy, Micah! We wandered through Elizabeth Gamble Gardens during golden hour, soaking in all the light, greenery, and good vibes. A few upside-down poses had Micah smiling big and showing off those tiny teeth that completely melted me. This fun-loving family made the session feel so easy, and I loved every second. I love a good beach session, but every Bay Area local knows the drill — it can be bright and warm at home, then ten degrees cooler and totally cloudy once you hit the coast! Beach weather here is always a little unpredictable, and that’s part of the adventure.

As a photographer, I’ll always choose golden hour over gray skies, but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. Thankfully, the K family brought their own golden hour with them through their bright, joyful spirit! They embraced the clouds and fog, and together we still created the most magical, love-filled images.

It’s always such a joy photographing this beautiful family. Thank you for trusting me once again — and for bringing all the sunshine on such a cloudy day! 🌤️💛

I had the sweetest family photo session with the T Family at Redwood Grove this past summer, and I can’t believe how much baby C has grown! I photographed her newborn photos just a year ago, and seeing her again—now a joyful, curious one-year-old—was such a sweet full-circle moment. Baby C explored the trees, snuggled with Mom and Dad, and lit up the whole grove with her little smiles. And to wrap up the session, they brought the most adorable giant pink cupcake for her cake smash. She went ALL in—frosting on her cheeks, fists, toes… and she couldn’t have been happier about it! It’s truly a gift to capture these milestones and watch families grow. Thank you, T Family, for letting me be a part of your first-year journey with baby C!
