As part of my sugaring and New England series, I had the opportunity to visit Tomapo Farm, LLC—producers of some of the best maple syrup in the area.

While I was there, I documented the entire process from tree to final bottle. From tapping and collection, to boiling and bottling, this set captures what goes into making real maple syrup.

Huge thank you to Tomapo Farm for allowing me to come out and photograph during such a busy maple weekend.
