✨ Introducing my 2027 Senior Representative! ✨

Senior season is officially here, and I couldn’t be more excited to introduce this gorgeous girl as my 2027 Senior Rep! 🎓❤️

We kicked things off with sunshine, tall grasses, wildflowers and a whole lot of wandering around a field while I happily yelled, “YES! HOLD THAT! DON’T MOVE!” 😂🌿☀️

And honestly… she absolutely understood the assignment!

Being a senior rep means getting to be one of the faces of Renee’s Gems LLC Photography throughout the year, helping future seniors see what their senior experience can look like, and of course, getting dragged into plenty of my photography shenanigans along the way. 😂📸 From dreamy outdoor sessions to fun ideas, behind the scenes chaos, and probably me saying “okay, but what if we tried THIS? I know it feels weird but trust me!” approximately 47 times… I am SO excited for everything we have planned. ✨ And if this first session is any indication, we're going to have WAY too much fun.

So to all my 2027 seniors… your senior year is coming.🎓 Let's make sure you have photos that feel like you.

Some days my favorite coworkers are under 4 feet tall.❤️ Yesterday I had my littlest helpers tagging along for a photoshoot, and they took their jobs very seriously. 📸 My second shooter made sure every angle was "perfect" while getting some great shots herself 🎒 My assistant kept me on track (or at least tried 😂). And of course, my little mascot was there spreading smiles and reminding everyone that photoshoots should be fun while carrying my drink (meaning mostly drinking it every time I looked away). Did they help? ...Mostly. 😂 They kept everyone smiling, made sure I didn't forget anything (except maybe my own sanity). Watching them get excited about something I love so much is one of the sweetest parts of this journey. These little moments remind me why I built this business in the first place, to create a life where my kids get to see their mom chase her dreams, and maybe even become part of them along the way. ❤️ They see the hard work, they see the fun, and every now and then they get to jump in and be part of the adventure. Those are the moments I'll remember long after the camera is put away. They may not be on payroll yet... but they're still accepting payment exclusively in snacks, ice cream, and the occasional trip to Target... which, honestly, is getting expensive.😅🥰

Who needs store-bought chocolate when you can create your own little sweethearts? 🍫❤️

We turned our indoor space into a giant chocolate box and let the kids be the stars of the show.
Indoor Valentine sessions like this are proof that you don’t need a big studio to create something magical (and way less freezing ❄️)Just a vision, a little creativity, and kids willing to sit in a giant chocolate box.
And yes… I will absolutely be recreating this for clients next year. 😉
