💕 The Valentines Collection 💕

All the splashes of red + pink from weddings + other love stories. 🥰

It was soooo fun putting together this mini collection!!! 🤩 I love how they all fit together but they’re from different years, cultures, and people. I only wish instagram would allow another 10 or 20 slides because there are SO many more photos in these gorgeous hues that I didn’t have space for.

I just love that specializing in multicultural weddings means I GET this much COLOR! 😍

The epic wedding reception of Anushka + Ashmit!!! 💜

Wooowww I can’t believe I didn’t post these last fall but here they are now!! From October 25th, 2025. 🥰

I absolutely loved everything about this event. The colors, the decor + florals (shout out Reena and Amber for the gorgeous design!! ) the venue (my first time shooting here!) and of course, the people - the couple, 🤍 their families + guests, and the amazing vendors. 👏🏼

And this was DAY 2!! Everyone brought positive energy, there were happy tears during the toasts, and per usual - SO much DANCING!! Music ranged from Kendrick Lamar to Bollywood to Latin vibes. 🎶 One favorite moment of mine was popping champagne with the whole wedding party - don’t miss the wild action shots. 😅 Cheers to this amazing couple!

I haven’t really known how to come back and start posting wedding content again when our city is under siege.

But love is a form of resistance. And multicultural love speaks volumes.

So here we are.

Last night’s halftime show was a beautiful reminder of hope, community and joy. I love seeing artists use their creativity for the betterment of humanity, to fight systems of exploitation and erasure, and to celebrate diversity + belonging. It’s not just inspiring — it’s world changing. 🌎🤍

Also, I just loved the chance to have a dance party during a sports game I care nothing about otherwise. 😅

Didier and I had the privilege of visiting Puerto Rico in 2023 — we photographed a wedding (which was amazing!! 🤩 ) and then we stayed a few extra days to explore. It was my favorite vacation to date. We didn’t want to leave!! 🌴

This wedding was a dream come true for this beautiful couple. 🥹 The gorgeous venue, the warmth of family + friends gathering, all the details of your vision coming to life, and finally getting to marry your best friend! 🤍 It was also dreamy for me - I wanted this wedding as soon as Bénie reached out - 1. She’s Congolese - so period 😅 (the culture I married into!) and 2. She was referred by a former bride who I adore! 🥰 It just so happens that they also booked a beautiful venue that I had never shot at before!

This was truly an international wedding. A game that was played during the reception revealed just how many LANGUAGES were spoken at each table - I’m pretty sure the winning table had 20+ languages collectively between 10-12 people. 🤯🤩 It was so fun! As always, my favorite thing about fusion weddings is seeing everyone come together - people from one culture attempting to dance to a song from the other culture, or try new food out. It’s simply joyous.

Can you spot the little ring bearer sticking out his tongue? he was sticking it out the WHOLE way down the aisle. 😂 Also loved the coloring option for kids!! See pics. 🥹

There are so many other good photos from this day but I couldn’t fit them all into 20 slides (what’s new 😅).

The couple was so sweet, they invited my husband as a guest simply bc it’s his shared culture! He came and also assisted me and my second shooter. 🤍 So fun! And the day after this wedding, we flew to Norway! Hence I’ve been catching up on posting weddings ever since. Enjoy!

Anusha 🇮🇳 + Jonathan 🇲🇽 | Part 1 | 8.30.25

THIS WEDDING. 😍🤩 When A + J inquired with me I may or may not have told them I HAVE to be your photographer. 😅 Indian and Mexican FUSION?! Ok!!! A Mexican groom experiencing his own Baraat, a Hindu ceremony where the bride enters in a PALAKI /carriage (you’ll just have to scroll to see it!!), the bride + groom being lifted up on the dance floor (a nod to a Mexican wedding tradition - coming in Part 2) and… my favorite thing about fusion weddings - witnessing the coming together of family from 2 different cultures. 🤍

This was a 17 hour day for my team - and it was 1000% worth the lack of sleep + hard work. A + J are soooo cute and we were all over them just eating up their adorable chemistry with our cameras. 🥹

I tried to fit all the magic of this full day into 20 slides but just couldn’t lol - so the moments at the end of this post are halfway through the day - right before everyone took a 2-3 hour break. A + J had to shower bc they got so messy during the ceremony! And while they got ready for the reception, my team took a nap in the hotel lobby lol (thanks for having cute egg chair/beds by a fireplace 😁).
