Of course when two musicians go on a honeymoon to Nashville, they’re gonna check out the local Guitar Center. Jeff was super excited to play an old Gibson, I played an expensive keyboard, then we discovered Odie's Bar and honestly let’s just say we fell victim to their buckets.

Just when I thought I couldn’t be more obsessed with Emily Ann Roberts she goes and releases this EP.

There’s been few releases this year that I have actually listened to on release day, and this is one of them. Love that she is embracing her inner side like I am, and I’m fully a fan of hers now.

Bummed that I missed her when I was in Nashville this summer.

Happy (almost) World Mental Health Day 💛

My anxiety is like my annoying little sister who just won’t go away. This year she got loud. Daily panic attacks that left my whole body exhausted.

So today on LizLog I’m getting real about what it actually looks like, what helps me (Jeff, creating, cookie dough ice cream), and what I wish people understood.

Plus my happy place 🌿🎸

Growing up in the early 2000s, yall can tell I’m a big Swiftie. One thing I don’t talk about much is how big of a Hannah Montana fan I am.

We had to drive through the town they filmed the Hannah Montana movie in, and I’m 90% sure I found one of the buildings they filmed at.

We also stopped by the The Bluebird Cafe, where we couldn’t get in for the show, but they still let me step inside which was enough for me.
We also checked out Skinny Dennis from the recommendation of Ben Durand!
