Paige contacted me and told me they wanted their downtown Austin elopement captured in a modern way.

While we were waiting on the judge Paige and Bob shared with me how they met. They worked in the same skyrise building for years in another state and crossed paths everyday. They raised children , went through life changes, and moved across the country to Texas. This time they were in a different chapter and they met on Match.

I truly believe in the invisible string theory and that we will cross paths with those until divine timing finally allows something really beautiful.

Their love for each other made it easy for me to do my job. Congratulations to these two!!

Not your normal announcement post but let's be real for a second. While your wedding day is always meant to be a celebration of love and partying the real grit is in the vows. Through sickness and health...The good and the bad..

Leading up to Keyla and Bri's wedding I let her know I was two weeks post op and had a STRONG SECOND (could not have done it without her) I was prepared, rested, bought a spider holster just for the event. The wedding went beautifully and it is evident the amount of love these women have poured out because it surrounds them. Their demeanor and heart shined through in all of the people that showed up and showed out for them.

Now this is where it gets different and that thing I called LIFE hits.. We never expect things to happen and they just do and we just have to trust the timing. Shortly after the wedding Bri had to go into emergency surgery and get a hip replacement being out of work wasn't in the bingo cards right after the wedding but again LIFE. She will have to get another replacement after she heals from this surgery. I've known Keyla for awhile but meeting Bri I knew they had it. They have the love to foster a BEAUTIFUL and fulfilling life ahead of them with their family and 4 kids. I can't wait to watch the comeback after this!! Also please check out Briana Adams Music I had NO IDEA and was blown away at the song she made just for her daddy.

They will be having an event to celebrate their marriage and benefit to help the family while they navigate these new waters ahead. They will be having an open mic, BBQ plates, live auctions, and great talent.

We casually strolled through the San Antonio Botanical Garden the weather was pristine except for the back dome (it gets humid) but we made it🤣. I got to learn about these two , they told me about their travels to Japan, how they met, and their careers. I really enjoyed this session and getting to know them on a personal level.

I feel like sometimes the lines get blurred, between the zoom meetings, phone calls, timelines, and emails we lose sight of what really matters. It's the connection, the comfort, and actually getting down to really knowing people and what is special to them, their values, and their shared for each other. It's a beautiful journey I am very honored I have been able to tell so many love stories over the past 6 years , it very much feels like a gift.

I would be honored to tell your story.

This was a fun story on the website it said they were open until 7 and when we got there all the doors were locked. Luckily we didn't leave and saw two bikers riding through the missions and we found the back trail to get in they absolutely killed their session. Definitely worth the trek this is one of my favorite places to shoot in SA.

Congratulations Julianna on your graduation!! Such a beautiful girl with ambitions and a clear path for her future. Wishing you the very best sweet girl. I worked with her mom for years and the older she gets the more she looks like her sweet mama.

I'm so thankful all the seniors that I've got to work with this year, it's crazy to see miss so many chapters and then see all of the growth and beautiful people you all are blooming into.

They were such a delight to the soul. Instead of doing an engagement session she asked if we could do a family session and I fell in love. Their sweet family brought so much joy to my heart and it was abundantly clear how much they impact others, they were surrounded by so much love.

I often get asked about my approach when it comes to wedding photography and it is very mixed but leans towards real. It leans towards the un-staged moments. I will always pose you and find your best angles, but I REALLY love the depth of capturing love and emotions. It's the photos you bring out when you want to remember how you felt that really mean the most.
