One of my favorite parts of senior sessions is when seniors bring a piece of who they are with them.

For this session, it was at the lake with a fishing pole.

Years from now these photos won't just remind him what he looked like as a senior, they'll remind him of the things he loved, the hobbies that filled his free time and this season of life. That's what makes senior photos personal.

If you have a hobby, sport, instrument project, car or anything that's part of your story bring it! Those little details are often the ones that make your gallery feel the most like you.

In the meantime how about some fun ISF MINIS!!!!! These are such a fun, low key way to make memories and have incredible photos to remember! It's hard to believe how many years I've been offering fall minis! Every single year you all continue to amaze me by showing up and showing out having so much fun and creating magic!

Life doesn't slow down- it just keeps handing us bigger reasons to celebrate!

One day it's kindergarten, then senior year and before you know it walking across a college stage with a degree in hand!

College graduation is one of those incredible milestones that deserves more than a quick photo. It's the end of countless late night study sessions, caffeine-fueled exams and years of hard work. It's also the beginning of a brand hew adventure!

These are the moments that become family favorites years down the road, the ones you'll look back on and remember exactly how it felt. From tiny backpacks to graduation caps every chapter is worth celebrating.

Wellā€¦ Iā€™m officially back!

After 18 days of chasing adventures (and forgetting what day of the week it was šŸ˜…) weā€™re home from an unforgettable family vacation! We explored the Badlands, Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone and even got to be part of a real paleontological dig! šŸ¦–

My camera definitely got a workout along with our legs putting in countless miles of hiking filling my memory cards with all the moments Iā€™ll treasure forever. šŸ“ø Each kiddo also got their own disposable camera, cannot wait to see how those pics turn out!

Now itā€™s back to realityā€¦ tackling the mountain of laundry, catching up on sleep, tending to the garden, answering messages and digging into edits.

One of my favorite thingsā€”both as a mom and a photographerā€”is knowing that years from now weā€™ll be able to look back at these photos and relive every adventure, laugh and ā€œremember whenā€¦ā€ moment. Thatā€™s the magic of photography. The memories may fade a little over time, but the photos bring you right back.

Iā€™m refreshed, inspired and so excited to be back behind the camera, helping all of you preserve your own favorite moments. šŸ¤

Itā€™s always a YES to bring your fur babies to your session! šŸ¾šŸ¤

They arenā€™t ā€œjust petsā€ā€”theyā€™re family. Theyā€™re there for the everyday moments, the adventures, the comfort on hard days and the unconditional love that fills our homes and hearts.

After recently saying goodbye to my own sweet boy, I can tell you this with complete certainty you can never have enough photos of them or enough photos with them. The pictures that once felt ordinary quickly become some of your most treasured possessions.

So if youā€™re wondering whether to bring your dog, cat, horse or any beloved furry family member to your session, the answer will always be a resounding yes. ā¤ļø
