Do you love people, hate the idea of sitting behind a desk all day, and want to learn something new?

This might be the perfect fit. 👀

Luxe Homes Media is growing, and we’re looking for someone in the Bloomington, IN area to help capture real estate listing content —photos, videos, drone, and 3D scans.

No photography or videography experience required.
We’ll teach you everything.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Excited to learn
✨ Reliable and professional

You’ll travel to homes, follow shoot-day checklists, communicate with agents, help clients feel comfortable, capture listing content, and upload files to our editing team.

You shoot — we edit.

Important to know:
This is a flexible, variable-hour role — not a traditional 9–5. Real estate moves fast, so shoots may be booked 1–2 days in advance.

We need someone available 3–4 days per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Must-haves:
✔ Live in or near Bloomington, IN
✔ Reliable car + valid driver’s license
✔ iPhone 15 or newer
✔ Laptop + reliable high-speed internet
✔ 2+ years of customer service experience
✔ Comfortable driving and being on your feet

Pay: $25–$35/hour depending on experience and growth
Mileage reimbursement included
Paid training provided
Pro-level gear provided
FAA Part 107 drone license required — we’ll pay for the exam and provide study materials
