Squash the petty squabbles if you have any. Do not live with regrets because we're all not promised tomorrow. Look out for one another, check on your friends, check on people you haven't talked to in awhile. Someone is always battling something, and you'll never know how much it means by just checking in, it can save a life. Show compassion, show love, show kindness in a world that doesn't have much of it. I understand wanting to be cold, and wanting to match the harshness of this world but to be honest it's a waste of time and energy, it's a waste of effort, instead put that time and energy into something good, something that brings light into this world. Stand out by being a good person, not because you'll be blessed in the long run, but because it's the right thing to do.

September is National Su***de Prevention Month, I battle intrusive thoughts everyday, and have survived attempts, please keep living and keep trying, take care of your mental health, and physical health. Seek help, seek therapy, help someone who needs help, be kind because you don't know what someone else is going through. Much love ❤️
