I’m pretty sure Beth thinks I’m joking when I tell her she has free family photos for life … I’m not 😌

During this session I had my very first tonic-clonic seizure. I fell, hit my head during it (which later turned out to be a concussion), lost my memory, and didn’t even know my own name or where I was. It was extremely scary & traumatizing.

While all of that was happening, Beth and Tyler didn’t hesitate. They made sure I was safe, called 911, stayed with me until the ambulance arrived, stayed with me through the chaos, contacted my family and support system, and stayed with me at the hospital until my people started arriving.

They didn’t have to do any of that. They could have easily stepped back and let someone else take over. Instead.. they showed up for me in one of the hardest moments of my life.

I photographed their wedding years ago & I already knew they were kind people. But this day reminded me that the people I get to call my clients are so much more than clients. They’re genuinely incredible humans.

Beth and Tyler .. thank you. Your kindness is something I’ll never forget & I’m forever grateful that our paths crossed 🫶🏼
