Some of the most beautiful views in Wyoming 🏔️

Though I really enjoy exploring tiny little roads that aren't used very often. We found one in our area that looks like it gets driven on about twice a year 😂 Sometime I need to go for a slow drive along that road so I can sit and take some photos of the prairie dogs because those little guys are so cute (don't touch them though, you could get the plague...)

Great night at the American's Freedom Fest in Goshen for the airshow and fireworks on Saturday.

Had to stick with just phone photos and videos for this one, but still got some great moments. The sunset was stunning and created the perfect backdrop for so many pilots to show off their amazing skills. ☀️ William Lewis Skip Stewart

Yellowstone National Park, May 2025 🏞️

There are obviously "the view" of many things at national parks, but with my photography, I try to do a few things.
1) notice the little things that are often overlooked
2) find a new angle or perspective
3) take photos of what I find interesting

This photo falls under the second. Most people (myself included) love the view from near the edge, with a clear photo of the falls. Don't worry, I have those too, but I think it can be fun to pause and think, "What is the expected photo and how can I do something different?"
Stepping back to take a photo with trees framing the subject is nothing groundbreaking, but I think sometimes we all need the reminder that there is more than "the obvious" photo, because it can be easy to get so excited that we forget to take a moment and look for another angle.

You can't tell from the super backlit photo, but this was a bald eagle soaring over a picnic spot we stopped at in the middle of the Shirley Mountains a few weeks ago. 😂

We spent the day driving around looking at all the new wildflowers that were blooming, enjoyed a mountaintop picnic, and some exploring on public land.
