Still obsessed about this whole session.

It was so fun getting to photograph a whole different vibe for a couples sesh. Truly loved their vibes and connection to each other.

I donā€™t know how to describe it, but I feel like in their photos, you get to see each of them individually, but also the two of them together as a whole.

When you work with me for solo portraits, I make sure that the photos we take are a good reflection of who you are. I hate trying to fit people into a specific box of poses and looks just because I think it looks ā€œcoolā€. If itā€™s not you, itā€™s not you - and thatā€™s never gonna work. You wonā€™t want to post photos you donā€™t vibe with. So weā€™ll take an extra moment to define your vibe before we start getting into it.

You ever take a photo and immediately know ā€œthatā€™s the oneā€?

When Iā€™m photographing live events, unless itā€™s a play/musical, I typically come in unaware as to what is going to happen. Concerts are especially that way.

But Iā€™ve covered enough live music to get a feel of how to anticipate whatā€™s going to happen. So when I tell you I HURRIED to get into the perfect spot for that first photo, trust me when I say that I rushed into place. The emotion and vibes these two put out for this songā€¦ if you could have been there in person šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’ØšŸ˜®ā€šŸ’ØšŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

I ended up taking 775+ photos from High Tideā€™s Dream Roles concert last weekend. And I may have been sore the rest of the night from the crazy positions and all the moving around from photographing the eventā€¦ but it was so worth it.
