I am Taylor Meyer and I’m excited to have you here visiting my site. I am a proud Colorado native, a wife, mother of two great little girls and a photographer. My love of landscape photography developed when I first saw the work of Ansel Adams. From there I took my first photography class and my love for the art continued to grow. Like so many before me, I had children and began taking pictures o

f them on a very regularly basis. It was then that I truly developed a passion for capturing people and started to transition my focus away from landscapes. To me there is really nothing better than snapping a moment that contains a sincere smile, the love between human beings, or the joy of life events. My goal is to capture a great picture with a beautiful backdrop that requires very little editing. While I've been studying photography for years now, I continue to take classes and work with a mentor to hone my skills while discovering my personal style. I love a clean, natural picture that accurately captures the people in it. With a little help from you, I know I can capture the heart of you - whether in a maternity shoot, newborn session, child or family portraits, senior pictures, engagement shots and professional head shots.

What is that quote about there being a time when you pick up your child, and you won't know it, but it will be the last time you pick them up? As a mom of "big kids" that hits me to my core. When I saw this picture, I couldn't help but think, I'm so glad I captured this moment for this mama as her boy is getting big. 🩷
