A little outside of my usual photography world, but challenge accepted! 🏈📸
I don’t specialize in sports photography, so when I was asked to photograph these 6 Hanover Central High School seniors from the Flag Football team, I told the girls they were going to have to help me out with some poses and ideas 😂 And they absolutely understood the assignment!
So much laughing, trying things, throwing footballs around and basically figuring it out as we went… and I LOVE how these turned out! ❤️
Such a fun group of girls and such a fun shoot. Definitely something different for me, but I’d say we did pretty good 😉🏈

We waited weeks for the perfect day, but the forecast just wouldn't cooperate. With baby arriving soon, we decided to take the chance anyway.
It was a little chilly, there was still a chance of rain, but when we got to the beach, it was completely empty - something that's unheard of this time of year. It ended up being the perfect evening for the sweetest maternity session.

Some weddings are proof that you don't need 1–2 years of planning to create something truly beautiful. ❤️
Laima & Nidas planned their wedding in just a few weeks, and thanks to the amazing planning by Sigita Jura, everything came together perfectly.
Surrounded by the people closest to their hearts, they exchanged vows during an intimate outdoor ceremony at the beautiful The Drake in Oak Brook, followed by a lovely celebration filled with laughter, happy tears, and unforgettable moments.

Their day began with a heartfelt ceremony at Assumption Catholic Church in downtown Chicago, followed by private vows at the Art Institute of Chicago—the same place where Nathan proposed. After exploring the city for portraits, we finished the evening celebrating with over 250 family and friends at Camelot Banquets.

I flew to Knoxville, Tennessee this weekend to photograph Bella + Mikey’s wedding in Newport, and honestly… this day was such a reminder that your wedding should feel like YOU.

They’re both from Indiana, but dreamed of mountains, open fields, nature, and a wedding day that felt completely unapologetically theirs. Bella is the definition of a nature girl - barefoot most of the day, barely any makeup besides mascara, surrounded by her animals, mountains, and the people she loves most.

They included their cat, their dog, their Mustang, and yes… even guns in their portraits. And somehow it all fit together perfectly because every single detail reflected who they are.

One of the most emotional moments of the day was releasing butterflies in memory of Bella’s grandma. Butterflies have always reminded Bella of her, and watching one land on her hand felt like a little sign from heaven.
