Lynnsey & Matt’s wedding was absolutely stunning. I am SO excited to sit down and start editing their gallery, but I just had to share a little sneak peek first!

Weddings are long days, but they are truly some of my favorite days to be a part of. I love getting to be the bride’s right-hand woman throughout the day whether it’s fixing a dress, calming nerves, helping with the little details, laughing, crying, and of course, capturing all of those once-in-a-lifetime moments along the way.

There is something so special about being trusted to document such an important day, and I never take that responsibility lightly.

Lynnsey & Matt, your day was beautiful, you two were so sweet and you can truly feel the love you both share for each other.

Now introducing Mr. & Mrs. Piette. The venue was absolutely stunning, the sky cleared just in time for the ceremony, & they say rain on your wedding day is good luck.

Sweet Amelia in the studio this morning 🩷

She was such a doll and I think I kept saying “she is the sweetest” the entire session.

We didn’t have to stop for a feeding, I didn’t hear her cry once- she truly slept the entire session and it was by far the fastest I have done a newborn session.

Can’t wait to dive into this session!

I have lots of galleries in my queue and will be busy editing all weekend!

A few hours before Aubrey’s session, I messaged her mom and asked if they wanted to postpone because it was SO hazy and dark outside, and I wasn’t sure we were going to get the dreamy evening light we were hoping for. Her mom didn’t see the message in time, so we decided to just go for it… and I am SO glad we did! 🥹

The sky opened up, the light started peeking through, and we ended up with the most beautiful glow! Sometimes you just have to roll with whatever Mother Nature gives you, and tonight she definitely showed off.

Aubrey absolutely killed her session, and I cannot wait for her second session next week!

Did a little something different last night and got to hang with the Pawlowski family… in the creek!

There were lots of laughs, lots of splashing, and SO many sweet moments. Sometimes the best photos happen when we ditch the usual locations and just let the kids be kids.

This family was an absolute blast, and I’m pretty sure the creek was the perfect place for this crew!

As many of my clients know, I am a 24-hour-turnaround-kind-of-photographer. I usually shoot a session, come home, and immediately edit my heart out until that gallery is ready to go!

BUT… this is my busiest time of year, and I’m not sure if I’ve shared this here yet, but I’ve also started a new adventure as a REALTOR! 🏡

So, between working in the office during the day, shooting sessions at night, editing, and most importantly, spending time with my family, I was starting to slip a little behind on my galleries.

BUT I’m happy to say that I am ALMOST CAUGHT UP!
After MANY hours behind the computer (and probably way too much coffee ☕️), I have officially sent out:

I am absolutely swamped with editing right now, but I just had to sneak in a few from Katie’s session tonight because… WOW. 😍 The sunset showed off, the light was pure magic, and these are already some of my favorites.

I’ll be spending my weekend behind the computer working hard to get every gallery in my queue edited and delivered. Thank you all so much for your patience while I pour my heart into each one. 🤍

Last night I made the trip to Shepherd for Tristan’s senior session, and wow… he absolutely crushed it! 🙌 I kept telling him he needs to be a model because he made my job way too easy.

Can we just take a moment for this incredible sunflower field that Dad planted? 🌻 Absolutely amazing. Pair that with the most magical sky and dreamy evening light, and it felt like something straight out of a storybook.

The girls took a few minutes to warm up, but once they did, they absolutely shined. Those genuine smiles, sweet giggles, and little moments are always worth the wait.

With three little ones, life is beautifully busy, but these two handle it all with so much grace. Watching the way they love their children and each other was such a joy to capture. You could truly feel the love in every moment.

Thank you for inviting me into such a special evening with your family. These are the moments that make my heart so full. 🤍🌻
