These are the kinds of photos you get when you stick around for the golden hour ✨

I know some people think it’s too late for photos, but just look at the variety you get! From bright blue skies and golden sunshine to soft pink sunsets, the lighting changes so beautifully and creates so much variety in your gallery. But, I promise it is always worth it. 🩷

This is my busy season, so please bear with me if I’m taking a little longer to respond to messages or deliver galleries. I promise I’m working hard behind the scenes to serve all of my amazing clients and get your memories back to you as quickly as possible!

I had the pleasure of photographing this wonderful family again today, and it honestly feels like time has flown by. The last time I photographed them was FIVE years ago, and now there's one more sweet face added to the crew! 💛

Watching families grow and change over the years is one of my favorite parts of this job. It’s such an honor when families trust me to capture these milestones and memories time and time again.

Fun fact: Amber (in the tan dress) used to babysit my sister and me when we were little! So it's always extra special getting to see her and her family. ❤️

Thank you all for spending part of your day with me. Your kids were amazing, the weather was beautiful, and I can't wait for you to see your images!

Can't believe that my youngest sister is graduating from high school tonight. 🎓

Jaden, I am beyond proud of the incredible young woman you have become. It has been such a joy watching you grow into someone so strong, kind, and capable. I know this is only the beginning for you, and I cannot wait to see where life takes you next. You are going to do amazing things.

I love you so much and will always be cheering you on every step of the way. 🤍

The VanGessel crew are the sweetest we were just missing Ethan! 🤍 I finally got to meet 11 day old Olivia and she is absolutely precious. Watching this family love on their newest addition was so special to capture.

And sweet Isla with her binky completely stole my heart. 🥹 The proud big sister moments, the snuggles, and all the little in-between moments made this session feel so genuine and full of love. Easton is the best big brother too and never left his baby sisters side the entire session- even when the room was 85 degrees!

There is just something so beautiful about welcoming a new baby into a family the excitement, the tenderness, and the way everyone already adores her so deeply. Thank you, VanGessel family, for trusting me to capture this beautiful season for you. ❤️

I was honored to capture the Classical Conversations graduating Class of 2026 from the Lowell and East Grand Rapids campuses. This community is incredibly near and dear to my heart, and I’m so grateful that my family gets to be a part of something so special. Celebrating these students and all of their hard work was truly such a joy!

Tonight I got to spend the evening with the Barnum family at their beautiful orchard, and to say it was stunning would be an understatement. Golden skies, rows of trees, and the kind of setting that just makes everything feel a little extra magical.

It was definitely a breezy afternoon (I won’t lie, I was a little nervous at first 😅), but the gorgeous sky and that slight chill in the air made it all come together so perfectly. And honestly… the wind just added the dreamiest movement.

The Barnum family was so welcoming, full of joy, and made me feel right at home while capturing their love and connection. These are the sessions that remind me why I love what I do so much.

There’s just something so special about capturing the quiet, tender moments between a mama and her baby boy with the snuggles, the smiles, the way he fits perfectly in her arms.
