One of the things I enjoy most about ribbon cuttings is getting to see the people behind the business.

Had a chance to attend today's ribbon-cutting for Bojangles, with the Celina Chamber of Commerce. The food smelled great, but it was the energy of the employees that stood out. You could tell they were excited to open their doors and serve the community.

Grand Opening Day is next Tuesday. Guests can sign up for a chance to win breakfast for a year, and the first 100 dine-in customers will receive a gift card.

Off The Rails Icehouse officially broke ground today in Celina with Celina Chamber of Commerce.

I had the opportunity to capture a few aerial views of the site before with construction underway. It's always fascinating to document these projects at the very beginning and watch them take shape over time.

Looking forward to seeing this one come to life and adding another gathering place to our growing community.

Packet pickup is happening now, and I'm looking forward to joining the Celina Police Department and Run Celina once again for the Donut Dash.

I'll be in the air tomorrow morning, capturing the action and the incredible community spirit that makes this event special year after year.
