This morning was magical. There’s no question about it. As we hiked in the dark and watched the sun rise over horseshoe bend time stopped, and the world faded. It was just this moment, and that’s all that mattered. I felt alive. I felt my heart beat in my chest, I felt the wind on my skin, and I breathed in the beauty of life. How lucky are we that THIS is the life we get to live?!

I’ve been so bugged my social media lately. The way it influences everything we do, the way it takes us out of the moment we’re in. I love pretty pictures and mindless scrolling as much as the next guy...but I hate when I realize I sat on my phone for an hour ignoring Matt sitting right next to me. We hopped a few fences, and hiked up a mountain. We were winded and sweaty when we got to the top, but MAN was it worth it! 😍😍 Morgan and Kody made me feel alive. Their love and laughter was so contagious, I could have stayed on that mountain top all night!
