If any of my clients have a small business and need a space or know anyone that does, the upstairs of my building is available for rent.

450 sq ft. Office Space available to rent in Centerville, 1 year minimum lease required. $650/mo includes utilities.
Business use only, can not be used to live in.

2nd floor studio/office space approximately 450 sq ft with a large storage closet and 4 windows (2 north facing and 2 east facing)

My photography business will continue to occupy the 1st floor. There is one shared 1st floor bathroom and private parking. Located on East Franklin St. across from Soft Rock Cafe

I have known this young man since he was two and it was such an honor being able to take his senior photos this year. He is kind, has a great sense of humor and is one heck of a ball player.

Congrats Ayden, I can't wait to see where life takes you next!

Parents the years go by quick...cherish it all because before you know it, you look up and they are graduating.
