I’m squeezing out every drop of summer with my boys before back to school. We’ve been running around with dr appointments, hair cuts, lunches, back to school shopping and of course ice cream stops.

Long flowy dresses and golden fields will always have my heart. Sara absolutely killed this session and I love that she stepped out of the box and wore a beautiful floral print dress.

Golden Summer Senior Sessions will always have my heart. This session was unseasonably cooler in the high 60s, and a change from the humid heat we usually have in NEO. It was a nice change!

We had quite the weather challenges for this session. My client traveled in from North Carolina when we had massive air quality problems and haze from the wildfires. OK so we pushed the session out a day. Next day-potential severe weather with thunderstorms, hail and possible tornadoes. OK so now we’re running out of days because they are headed back home so we scheduled it for a sunrise session the next day and finally it was a perfect day!

One of the best parts of my job is seeing old friends and capturing their kid’s senior photos. This was one of my dear high school friend’s daughters, and we had so much fun laughing and catching up while taking gorgeous photos of Reagan.

Summer is definitely here this week with temps almost reaching 100! I feel like summer just officially started for me now that my son’s grad party is behind me as that was my focus for the month of June.

I’m looking forward to a little downtime before I have to move two of my boys onto their next adventure. I feel like I need a few days before I start that move-in checklist.

My summer calendar has booked up behind the scenes while I’ve been doing grad party prep. My summer calendar is booked, but I will be opening up September and the fall in the coming weeks. September is one of my favorite months to shoot because the weather is gorgeous. And of course, we know the NE OHIO falls are divine so prime dates opening up soon. The days are long, the years are short. I’m still wondering how you graduated from high school in what seems like the blink of an eye.

I am proud of the young man you are becoming and being your Mom has been my greatest honor. I am excited for your next chapter and will be cheering you on the whole way, even if it’s from farther away. I’ll always be your biggest fan. I love you. Mom ❤️

I can’t believe my Son’s Senior baseball game and graduation is this weekend. This week has already been emotional with some big events and lasts. I know this weekend will be hard but I also want to enjoy it and celebrate it. I mean, there’s so much good but it’s so freakin’ hard!

Hugs to all my Seniors and Senior Moms who are feeling all the feels this graduation season. I am right there with you. Much love ❤️
