Nightshade Creative Co Shop Policies: (Effective January 1, 2022)
All returns and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. I want you to be thrilled with your product and will do what I can to help you be happy! If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation and photographs will be needed before the item will be considered for a refund. The customer/buyer must take into account the d
escription of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. We do not make anything related to political candidates. Items that are personalized cannot be returned or refunded. I am happy to use provided items (tumblers, clothing, etc.) However, with this there comes a risk as an error may occur that cannot be undone. Therefore, if you provide your own item, you are doing so knowing this risk and understand that items will not be replaced. Clothing cannot be returned or refunded so please check the size chart prior to purchasing! If you order the wrong size or color, we cannot accept a return, but instead will offer you a discount on a replacement. I can guarantee a shipment date, but not a delivery date! Once the item is in the hands of a delivery service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) it is out of our control. Buyer will be responsible for the return postage of products. Buyer must contact Nightshade Creative Co to express any concern/dissatisfaction within two weeks of receiving the item. Buyer will be responsible for following care instructions. Items will not be remade for free or refunded for items damaged by inappropriate care. If buyer selects "pick up" as the delivery method, buyer is responsible for picking up item within 30 days of purchase. Items not picked up within this time frame will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
