Because while Wednesdays may get old, windowboxes never do.

I ran into and met Kathleen Edwards () last month, working on windowboxes, of course.

It’s fun to meet those who work hard to make this city so beautiful and charming. It’s especially exciting to meet those who work with gardens, landscaping and windowboxes, as these are near and dear hobbies of mine.

April was a busy month. In a good way. Although I wasn’t able to capture as much as I wanted to, I did grab a few snapshots of our favorite city in bloom.

Somehow June is bearing down on us, and I’m wondering how April is this far behind us already. May is a beautiful month in Charleston. It’s typically our driest month, rich with the most brilliantly blue skies. I’m just not a fan of how quick the calendar moves once the weather and landscape turn so beautiful.
