VIEUX CARRÉ

¾ oz | 22.5 ml Rye
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Cognac
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
1 Barspoon Benedictine Liqueur
2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Lemon Peel Garnish

Combine all ingredients except garnish in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain and pour the cocktail in a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a lemon twist. Serve and enjoy!

Montana is dope 🤠

Just wrapped up day 2 at 320 Guest Ranch with my friends at Traeger Grills. Needless to say, Montana is stunning and these photos don’t do it justice. After a 2 hour horseback ride through the mountains and streams, we were treated to dinner prepared by Eduardo Garcia and the Traeger team. This included birria, carnitas and Chef’s dad’s black bean recipe.

We capped off the night with a nightcap around the fire pit under the dark Montana sky. 10/10 day.
