Been a minute or two! Ive been a little busy making up for missed time and enjoying this new stage of life! My little family continues to grow and change. New smiles, laughs, and challenges every day and little to no "free" time but I think thats the beauty in it.

My wife is working so hard each and every single day to grow our second little baby! Words will never express my gratitude and amazement at how she takes on that monumental task!

Everything is changing and im excited to be photographing in a new place, with new people. Its fresh and challenging. Im working to navigate how I want to do my thing in a place that all feels different than the moutians.

I want to share more personal life and also more work but im not sure if I should do that on the same page. Would love to know what you guys think! This post has been hard because I really build up this idea that each post i make has to be ridiculously curated and maybe thats a concept I need to break and just share more with less worry!

Hope everyone is doing amazing!

Enjoy some self portraits from our SC "Blizzard" we had a very fun and chill time capturing these moments as a family!

I got the incredible opportunity to challenge myself by earning the Danish Flyver Medal. It consisted of a 20km Ruck March with a minimum of 11 kg. It sounded way easier until we were reminded what that feels like at 110° f

I've really enjoyed the physical challenges I've gotten to participate in and the memories I've made along the way!

Next stop home very soon!

Let me tell you a story about a very special bottle of champagne 🍾

This beautiful bottle of Dom Pérignon from 1992 was one of two bottles present at the Grooms' parents' wedding 32 years ago.

They decided what better a time to share this bottle than on the wedding of their son

I was so blessed to witness this beautiful moment, as mom and dad share a little piece of their marriage history with their son and brand new daughter in law.

It meant so much more than just a fancy glass of champagne. It meant that the bond they created that day was going to age beautifully, weather different seasons of life, and grow and change each day, and over time, become something completely new.

Was every single drop enjoyed? No. But not a single damn drop was wasted.

Simply of of the most beautiful moments I've had the opportunity to enjoy.

I celebrated my 24th trip around the sun 🌞 along with my very first Father's day!

Although it definitely looked and felt a lot different this year, I was so thankful for my amazing wife for the incredible dad themed package i got to open, all the people who reached out to wish me a happy birthday, and for my awesome team here who decided to wrap just about everything I need for work 😂

I can't wait to celebrate this next year of life back at home with my two amazing girls! Hopefully, it will be with much better food!

One of the moments I've enjoyed the most so far is when I got the opportunity and succeeded at qualifying for the German Schützenschnur (Armed Forces Badge for Weapons Proficiency) it was a very cold and windy day but I got to spend it with a bunch of awesome people and earned my first foreign badge! It consisted of firing a pistol, rifle, and medium machine gun.

Hey!!! It's been a while.

I've been super focused on learning and doing everything I can to improve my knowledge as an NCO and accomplish our mission. I have had a great time thus far working alongside a great group of people. I'm thankful for all the opportunities I've been given and can't wait to share more down the line!

I am so excited to get home to my beautiful wife and daughter! I can't believe how big our girl has gotten! She has changed so much and is growing each day! I'm so thankful for video chat, as crazy as that sounds, for letting me stay connected through most of this deployment!

Im also incredibly excited to get a camera back in my hands and begin photographing again! We have some massive changes coming that I can't wait for! More to come soon!

In the meantime, I am going to be sharing more and getting back into the flow of social media! Thank you all for patience and support!!

If you have questions, ask! I will share what I can and would love to hear from everyone!

It's been wild here. Our poor community has been destroyed, whole towns gone, history locations, and places I've cherished, so decades just obliterated.

We are so thankful to count ourselves lucky to be together and in a better position than most.

Had an amazing night of laughter, good food, and some murder!

Got to have some family and friends over to play a little murder mystery carefully crafted by my amazing wife! .l

It was so nice to see my home so filled with joy, good people and food, and memorable moments!

One of the first things to photograph are details on a wedding day.

This always helps me get into a creative head space and also get a feeling for what the mood of the day is.

I love capturing all the carefully curated details because I know how much time I spent selecting every single item for our wedding. Especially when couples include unique or really sentimental items for their wedding day.

Here are some things you might want to include for your photographer to capture!

Core Elements:
• Invitations: Include the invitation suite, save-the-dates, and envelopes.
• Rings: Showcase the engagement ring and wedding bands.
• Bouquet or Boutonniere: Capture the floral arrangements.
• Shoes: Display the bridal and groom's shoes.
• Jewelry: Include any necklaces, earrings, bracelets, or cufflinks.

Personal Touches:
• Vows or Love Letters: Add a handwritten note or vows.
• Hair Accessories: Show off any headpieces, veils, or combs.
• Heirlooms: Feature any sentimental items passed down.
•Wedding Favors: Showcase the unique favors you've chosen.

Additional Elements:
• Stationery: Include place cards, menus, or table numbers.
• Decorations: Add small decorative items like ribbons, stamps, or trays
• Venue Details: Incorporate elements that reflect the wedding location.
• Personal Items: Include items that represent your love story or personalities.

Remember to consider the overall aesthetic of your wedding and choose items that complement your theme and color palette.

Our little family has been thriving, a little tired, but absolutely thriving!

Eloise has already been on so many fun adventures, hikes, and family dinner dates! She's even picked up a little lightroom knowledge 😆

Kierra is working so hard to create fun sensor activities, work with her on her motor skills, and educateing me! She has also started making her own content on a different platform. You should absolutely it check out .l

It's wild how much she has changed in only 2 months! She has recently learned to smile, and that melts my heart each and every time! Along with just being so much more aware, she has really started to recognize us! It's so cool to see, even if she likes mom more. I can't blame her, though ❤️

Overall, life is great, and we are enjoying every moment
