There’s no better way to prepare for stunning wedding photos than an engagement session with your photographer. Beyond beautiful photos, engagement sessions give us the opportunity to get to know one another and realize that being in front of the camera can actually be fun.
I had the pleasure of photographing Meredith and David for their engagement session at NorthStone Country Club. With its clubhouse, manicured grounds, and 18-hole golf course, NorthStone offered the perfect backdrop for celebrating an engagement.
This fall, I’ll have the honor of photographing their wedding at St. Mark Catholic Church followed by a celebration back at NorthStone CC.

A beautiful wedding story at St. Matt’s and Longview, drawing on an inspired blend of Greek, Dutch, Catholic, and Greek Orthodox traditions. A lovely couple on a spring day, made even more meaningful because the groom was my daughter’s soccer coach. Watching him invest his time encouraging young athletes made it especially rewarding to witness him begin this new chapter alongside his bride. It’s one thing I love about photographing local weddings in Charlotte— realizing we’re part of a wonderfully connected community.
