Every year I used to set goals, buy the planner, and tell myself THIS would be the year I finally figured it out.

And then… I’d get stuck. In my own head. In my own patterns. In the same place I was 12 months before.

You know what changed that? Hiring a coach.
Here’s a quote that stopped me in my tracks:

“If a business owner had to choose between getting a master’s in business from a prestigious university or hiring a coach, I’d counsel them to hire a coach.” — Donald Miller

A whole MBA or someone in your corner who actually knows YOUR business? I’ll take door number two. 🚪

And here’s the thing — a coach doesn’t have to be 15 steps ahead of you. Sometimes the best coach is only THREE steps ahead because they still remember exactly what it felt like to be where you are right now.

Walked into a restaurant Deltaville today and saw a big stack of them with her photo on it and freaked out!!!
