Let’s be clear, I am NOT one of them, so I am constantly in awe when I find one in front of my camera.

I met these two in August of 2022. Katelyn and I were taking a “How to Row” class and Quinn was one of the instructors, even with a broken arm. Little did I know, Katelyn and Quinn were already dating. That would quickly turn into love and on to engagement and marriage. I got to be a spectator to all of it!

One of the things I hope to experience more of in 2024 are active engagement photoshoots. What do you enjoy together? Let’s go there, do that, laugh, smile, pop a bottle of bubbly!

I’m BAAACK! (Keep reading for exciting news)

Well, sort of. I’ve taken a few months to step back from the pressures of constantly posting on social media. For a small business, that is largely visual, it’s hard. Keeping up with the changing algorithms, comparing myself to other amazingly talented photographers, feeling like I need to constantly be producing my best work ever, and the endless scrolling wasn’t good for my brain. I fully intend on setting some stronger boundaries in this space as I move forward. And, let’s face it, Reels are just never going to be my vibe.

Now, on to the fun news! Beginning November 1st, I will open my books for elopements and small weddings in 2024!!!

I know, big news! I had the opportunity to photograph a few this year for some people I love a whole bunch and, honestly, they’re really fun. It also allows me the opportunity to stretch my organization muscles in an effort to create the perfect wedding timeline with you. Let’s talk about what photos on your perfect day look like for you!
