Sometimes someone simply catches your eye.

Last Sunday at , it was Alisha.

The flowers, the color, the smile, the way she carried herself. I introduced myself, asked if I could take a few photos, and a few minutes later, we had these.

One of my favorite parts of photographing around Chattanooga is getting to meet people I never would have crossed paths with otherwise. It gives me the opportunity to photograph people from all kinds of backgrounds and walks of life, each with their own story to tell.

Every once in a while, a simple, “Would you mind if I took your picture?” turns into a conversation and a few images worth remembering.
