Some wedding days are beautiful because of the details. Some wedding days are beautiful because of the people. Aine and King’s day was both.

Every part of their wedding was thoughtfully curated, but what stood out was the way they were loved. From the moment the day began, they were surrounded by the people who know them best and were genuinely invested in celebrating and supporting this next chapter.

I always tell my friends that my dream clients are the ones who are focused on the marriage, not just the wedding day. The couples who understand that the wedding is a beautiful beginning, but it is not the destination.

That was Aine and King.

No matter what happened around them, they were steady and pesent. Completely grounded in the fact that, by the end of the day, they would be Mr. and Mrs. Hastings.

And honestly? That’s the kind of love story I’ll never get tired of documenting.

If you only saw these photos, you’d never guess we spent the entire day watching the radar. ☁️✨

Alexa and Ryan’s wedding at Vezalay in Dahlonega, was a perfect reminder that the best wedding days are the ones where everyone chooses joy even when things don’t go as planned.

When the rain forced us to pivot, Alexa and Ryan trusted their wedding team, embraced every change, and focused on what mattered most: getting married. Their faith in the process allowed us to create images that feel effortless and completely true to them.

As the day unfolded, the stress of the forecast slowly disappeared. The drinks started flowing and the dance floor filled up as the anticipation of the day melted into pure celebration. By the end of the night, they were simply soaking in the first moments of life as the Polleys.

A beautiful reminder that your wedding day doesn’t have to be perfectly planned to be unforgettable. 🤍

Some engagement sessions feel less like a photoshoot and more like spending the morning with old friends.

We wandered through Central Park, stopped for portraits in some of the most iconic corners of New York City, and spent the rest of the time talking about life, love, favorite restaurants, and how Deanna successfully turned Israel into a theater lover.

By the end of our session, it was so clear that these two are best friends at their core.

The way they laugh together and genuinely enjoy being side by side reminded me so much of the things I treasure most in my own marriage. It’s a joy so palpable that it leaks out onto those that are lucky to come into contact with them.

That is all I could ever hope for the couples who trust me to document their love story.

This styled shoot at Bennett Farms was the perfect reminder of how much magic can happen when talented vendors collaborate and create simply for the love of it. I’m truly honored to have been a small part of it all.
