I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography page.
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.
AI creates images based on images they’ve seen. It uses all of the images that’s in its database to “create” a child. They are real features of real children.
The only images I will be posting with children in them will be images where you are unable to see their full face.
As a mom of two young children, the safety of children and my clients will always come before anything.
