Some days I feel completely delusional for believing my vision will work.

Rebuilding a business. Raising a toddler. Awakening to my own power. Watching the world change faster than I can keep up…do I even need to keep up?

Turns out - we’re all delusional. And we get to choose which delusion we follow.

Fear and doubt? Or joy and possibility?

Same brain. Different choice.

Which one are you choosing today? Drop it below. 👇

I want to talk to the woman who looks like she has it all together…

but still feels like she’s faking it.

I want to tell you that the gap between how your success looks on paper and how “confident” you actually feel…

It’s a subconscious limiting belief.
That means it will win over logic and strategy, because it runs much deeper.

Logically you know you should feel confident in who you are and proud of what you’ve accomplished…but you can’t just “fake it to feel it” or just say affirmations to convince yourself out of it.

The belief that “being too confident means you’re conceited” formed early on when you’re young

And it doesn’t go away just because your resume, your follower count or your bank account says you’ve made it.

I know this because I’ve lived it too.

Never letting a compliment land, while silently rejecting it.

Feeling like an imposter on the outside by while the biggest critic to myself.

But the good news is that it can be released. At the root.

And as a subconscious coach and certified clinical hypnotherapist, I know how to guide you.

We’ll go there together. 4 group sessions with an intimate group of women going along with you, and before we kick off the group, it starts with a private 1:1, just you and me. So we can identify your unique block to confidence, and start to release it right away.

Yesterday I told you I spent years becoming a chameleon.
Here’s where I learned how to stop.

My job as a wedding photographer was to blend in. Capture the day without anyone noticing I was there.
I got so good at that skill, it followed me home. I stopped wearing clothes that made me feel good (heyyy sparkles!), and started wearing clothes that fit in. Then I started photographing bo***ir.
My clients needed the exact opposite of invisible. They needed me to be the energy, the hype woman, the permission — you are safe, you are powerful, you are allowed to take up space.
I had to go there first, so they could feel it for themselves.
That’s when it hit me — I was doing it in the studio. But I was still silencing myself online. Turning down the volume on my own voice to stay safe.
I’m a confidence coach now. So it’s time to fully embody it myself.
This time I’m not showing the pose for a client to copy. I’m pulling back the curtain on what building my own confidence looks like from the inside out.
I’m doing this for myself, the people I love, and to break generational cycles. To help other women free themselves from the invisible strings keeping them small, quiet, obedient — and keeping them from their own power.

If you’re reading this, chances are somewhere along the way, you feel the pull to start showing up more too. More vocal in a meeting. Honest in a relationship. Visible in a photo you used to avoid.

Tell me below — the moment, and the why behind it. I read every one.

I coach women on confidence. Here’s the part I hid, and why it changes what I teach now.

For almost 20 years I made my living as a photographer, which meant I got paid to become whoever the room needed. Professional chameleon. Blend in, read the energy, pour into my client from behind the camera so the subject could shine.

Somewhere in those two decades, I turned the volume down on my own personality.
And here’s the part that’s hard to say out loud. I coach women on confidence now, and for a long time I hid my own process. I thought I had to look like I had it all together to even be allowed to teach this. So I edited myself until no one could see the messy parts.

But I’ve got a toddler at home now. And I don’t want him growing up watching his mom shrink to make herself more palatable.

I want him to see both his parents chasing something that scares them a little. My husband calls it chasing the butterflies. That’s exactly what we’re doing, each of us building something that means everything to us, doing work that helps other people.

So I’m turning my own volume back up.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had to find my way back to my own voice. I’ve done it before, in a completely different part of my career. Find the confidence, stand in the power, shine the light. Then somehow lose it again and have to remember how to find it.

Part 2 tomorrow. I’ll show you what that looked like the first time.

7 things I’ll never apologize for again:
1. Wearing sparkles, sequins, bright colors. 🌈
2. Skipping small talk, Going deep fast 🤷‍♀️
3. Saying hi to animals, talking to fairies ✨
4. Getting excited about angel numbers 🥰
5. Skipping alcohol. 4.5 years sober and I’m never going back! 🎉
6. Running to look at a sunset or the full moon 😍
7. Shaking my b***y to a good beat…it’s in my BONES! 💃
What’s yours? I’m curious and I wanna know!

You know that woman who just owns it? Walks into a room and takes up space without apologizing for it?

Yeah- I used to roll my eyes at her. “Who does she think she is!?” Ever felt that way?

Turns out I was just jealous of someone who was not abiding by something I hadn’t yet realized at a subconscious level - that being confident doesn’t make you conceited. That you deserve to take up space, use your voice, and claim your power.

The Full of Herself scholarship application deadline is tomorrow (6/24) and assessment calls are happening for the next week before I select the recipient.

I’m giving one full ride scholarship. There are 10 spots total in the cohort. This program is for the woman who read this and felt something shift.

Apply at the link in bio.
