My day to day life looks completely different than it did a year ago.

The spaces I’m in, how I’m showing up, how it feels in my body, the information I’m feeding my brain, the experiences I’m choosing — all of it has shifted.

And here’s what I know as a certified hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner: that didn’t happen by accident.

Our subconscious is constantly scanning for confirmation of what we already believe to be true. It’s not looking for new information — it’s looking for evidence that what it already knows is right. So when you’re ready to quantum leap — when you know the vision and you know you have to get there — you can’t just think differently. You have to consciously engineer your environment to match the version of you that’s becoming.

That means auditing what you’re consuming. What you’re watching, reading, listening to.

It means understanding that everyone around you is also running off their own subconscious programming. Their own beliefs about what’s possible, what’s safe, what’s allowed. When you start changing, advocating for yourself differently, showing up differently — that can feel threatening to the people who love you most. Not because they don’t want good things for you. Because the subconscious mind is wired to treat same as safe.

So in this season, I’ve been intentional about seeking out people who can hold space for a big vision. Not yes people — people who understand the frequency. Who don’t need to see the full blueprint to believe in where you’re going.

I’ve put myself in rooms that remind me what it feels like to be fully alive. I’ve chosen experiences that anchor me to expansion instead of contraction.

This is what subconscious reprogramming actually looks like in practice. Not just the tapping and the hypnotherapy sessions. The whole environment. The whole input.

You are the average of what you allow in.

When you want to go someplace different than where you’ve been - choose accordingly.

Last round. This is where it settles. Your intuition is a form of intelligence. That nudge, that inner hit you’ve been second-guessing… that’s yours to follow. You don’t need proof before you’re allowed to trust yourself. Your truth doesn’t have to be convenient for others to be valid. Today’s tapping: I trust my own knowing. This round we anchor the connection between intuition and confidence because they’re the same thing. Speaking from your gut, showing up from your knowing that is confidence. Every time you honor that inner hit, you build more trust with yourself. Today’s anchor: My intuition is mine to trust. Here’s the question this round sits with: what if not trusting your gut has also had a cost? Every time you overrode that knowing, waited for proof that never felt like enough, made yourself smaller so it would be easier for everyone else… part of you felt it.

What if trusting yourself, even imperfectly, is what confidence actually looks like? You’ve had that moment. The nudge that knew. And then the spiral…what if I’m wrong? What if it doesn’t work out? What if following this is inconvenient for everyone around me? So you waited for more proof. Stayed logical. Talked yourself back to safe.

Today’s tapping: I trust my own knowing. Because overriding your gut isn’t neutral. Every time you talked yourself out of that knowing, part of you felt it. This round we just name that honestly — no rushing through it. okay I’ve m been wanting to make this video FOREVER… the kind of thing you keep putting off because you’re not sure how to explain what you do in a way that actually makes sense — and then one day you just… do it. this reel is basically my whole rebrand in two minutes. same me, same work, way more clear about what it actually is. because here’s the thing — I’m not just a photographer. I’m not just a coach. I’m the magical, wonderful intersection of both. I help women get out of their own way and break subconscious patterns AND show up visibly in the world. the inner work AND the outer expression. the tapping AND the photos. one on one, in a group, from the stage, or leading a workshop. all of it, together, on purpose.

Here’s the thing about the post-event spiral — your brain is wired to find (even invent) the danger, not the truth.

Round 2 is where we start questioning the replay.

Today’s tapping: The social hangover.

That person laughed with you. They leaned in when you were talking. You noticed it in the moment — and then your brain filed it under probably nothing.

This round we hold both: the part that’s still cringing, and the part that knows it might be lying.
