🚒 Project Update – West Chester Fire Station 🚒
MCON Fern Creek Group, LLC Chester County, South Carolina

Construction continues to move forward at the new West Chester Fire Station, with major progress visible throughout the facility.

Exterior work is nearing completion, showcasing the station's modern design and distinctive red-and-charcoal color scheme. Inside, ceiling systems, cabinetry, finishes, and paint work are taking shape as the building moves closer to the final stages of construction.

Recent progress includes:

✅ Interior painting and finish work underway
✅ Ceiling grid and tile installation progressing
✅ Cabinetry and millwork installation
✅ HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems advancing toward completion

The project is beginning to take on its final appearance.

🏗️ Project Update – Lancaster County Coroner’s Office 🏗️

Progress continues at the new Lancaster County Coroner’s Office project! MCON Fern Creek Group, LLC

Over the past week, significant advancements have been made both inside and outside the facility. Exterior brickwork and metal panel installation are substantially complete, giving the building its finished appearance. Inside, drywall installation and finishing are progressing well, while HVAC, electrical, and other overhead systems continue to take shape above the ceiling grid.

Current activities include:
✅ Interior drywall finishing and painting preparation
✅ HVAC ductwork installation
✅ Electrical rough-in and lighting installation
✅ Ceiling grid construction

This project is moving steadily toward the next phase of construction, and we look forward to sharing additional updates as work continues.

Construction progress continues at the new Lancaster County Coroner’s Office project with Fern Creek Group, LLC MCON

This project is continuing to move forward with exterior work completed and interior buildout progressing quickly. Drywall installation and finishing are well underway, while HVAC, framing, and utility rough-ins are complete. Site work finishing will also be advancing around the building soon.

It’s great to see another important public service facility taking shape for Lancaster County.

Progress continues at the new West Chester Fire Station project with Fern Creek Group, LLC MCON

Exterior work is taking shape with the building envelope and site improvements continuing to move forward, while interior progress is advancing rapidly with framing, MEP installation, ceiling grid work, cabinetry, and finish preparations underway.

It’s great to see this project coming together and another important investment being made into the community.

Clancy & Theys Construction Company is leading the build, with Evans Contracting Group currently on site, making major progress with the gym concrete pour.
