The option to add more than one photo to a post makes me feel like I *should* add more… but this one just speaks for itself. ☀️

May has included an engagement session at the Edsel and Eleanor Ford House (a favorite location of mine!), lots of inquiries for 2027 weddings, scheduling 2 senior sessions for this summer, and will conclude with a wedding next weekend. I love this busy life I’ve created and all the people I meet along the way.

Revisiting this gallery and honestly, it was just as hard choosing favorites to feature this time around! Luke and Mikayla shared so many genuine moments throughout their day, between each other and with their family and friends who cheered them on the entire time. I absolutely loved capturing their summer wedding!

Revisiting this gallery and honestly, it was just as hard choosing favorites to feature this time around!

Posting late but according to my Insta insights you all are most active between 6-9pm. So maybe my procrastination will be rewarded with success? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Whether I’m the lead photographer or a second, I always take advantage of different perspectives when they’re available at a venue; Like the upper floor overlooking the Atrium at the Westin Southfield. I love the natural light in this venue and the bright, botanical ceremony backdrop.

A peak into an engagement session with Kaitlyn LaFeir Photography at Edsel and Eleanor Ford House ✨ You can’t go wrong with choosing the grounds at for your portrait photography. We headed out to the gardens for Argen and Ashwathy’s engagement photos and created wall-worthy photographs to celebrate their engagement.
