A January drive across North Dakota with no snow? 2021 is that kinda year, at least for starters. As we drove west on Interstate 94 headed to hike the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, the skies became bright blue and the sun shown brightly. In the distance clouds were moving east, but for now, we imagined a warm summer day with sunshine glinting off Geese in Flight, the mark of the start of the Enchanted Highway.
