I’m honestly DISGUSTED to be typing this, but as a mom, who has loved sharing her own children online in all seasons of their life AND as a business owner, this topic NEEDS addressed. So please hear me LOUD & CLEAR.
There are states that are trying to protect AI-generated Child P O R N under the First Amendment.

Let’s talk about it. 🚩
First off, this is vile & absolutely disgusting. I have a hard time wrapping my head around such sick & disturbed individuals, and the absolute FAILURE of those who accept this horrendous act and try to cover it under the First Amendment has me absolutely appalled.
Children deserve to be PROTECTED AT ALL COSTS. POINT. BLANK. PERIOD.
So, going forward, there are some IMMEDIATE changes going into effect:
•ALL galleries that include children under the age of 18 will require a waiver that allows the PARENT and/or GUARDIAN to decide whether or not their child(ren) can be posted on social media and/or my website.
•ALL galleries will have additional security measures in place to view and download their images. You will need a private PIN number and a word code to view the gallery.

IF YOU HAVE HAD A GALLERY DELIVERED BY ME 🚨
•If I have your child’s face on my social media, or my website, and you have decided you do NOT WANT YOUR CHILD POSTED IN ANY CAPACITY, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP.
I can delete them, blur them, or add an emoji. But ultimately, I want to do WHATEVER you, as the parent and/or guardian, are comfortable with.
YOU ARE IN FULL CONTROL OF YOUR IMAGES.

With that being said, families and children are my specialty, and I am still shook by how to maneuver these waters. I run a business. A legitimate business that feeds my family, literally, by sharing beautiful images I’ve created from real-life moments. It’s such a privilege to be able to do that. I am so incredibly thankful, and I don’t know if this will impact my business, but I am going to maneuver the best way I can, so please allow some grace over the next few weeks as I try to sort things out.

ALSO, I do NOT use any kind of AI program that has access to your images!!! Your images are with ME, ME ONLY, and YOU, the client. I can also see EVERY SINGLE EMAIL that has downloaded your images. If you have ANY concerns, do NOT hesitate to contact me, and I will be more than happy to share my protocol and your private gallery settings.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for trusting me with your most treasured memories. For allowing me the privilege to capture your family, and especially your children. I am deeply saddened to make a post like this, but the safety of our children is not something I am taking lightly, and as a mom, I am also currently struggling with this.
