To shoot a self-portrait, all you really need is a camera and a tripod.

I set my camera up on the tripod and turn on interval shooting in the menu. To make sure the focus is right on me, I put a small lamp where I’m going to sit. I hit the shutter, walk over, move the lamp out of the way, and sit down in that exact spot.

Then I just start posing while the camera keeps taking photos. After that, I move the tripod and shoot from a different angle.

I’ve been living with migraines for many years.
Almost every week — like clockwork.
If you’ve experienced it, you know how much it can take you out of your life…

But there’s one thing that amazes me.
Every time I’m pregnant — silence.
A full 9 months without migraines. As if they simply don’t exist.

For me, it feels like a breath of fresh air.
A reminder of what life can be like without pain.

And every time I wonder — why does this happen?
And is there a way to keep this feeling afterward…

Anyone else experience this? Do your migraines go away during pregnancy?
