I've always loved this painted sign on the side of the Chicago Theater because it kind of looks like the arrow is telling you to walk up the fire escape and enter through the tiny door halfway up the building.

Well, not technically a ghost sign because the theater still exists. I love the faded vintage thing going on here.

Do you have a favorite go sign or fun wall?

An opera en español in which Frida Kahlo comes back from death on Día de los Mu***os and visits Diego Rivera, at his request as he's ready to die. Surrounded by Frida's colorful art in the set and costumes, she berates him for being a crappy partner, and he just wants to die, which he does at length in an operatic way.

While the story of El último sueño de Frida y Diego was a bit depressing, the use of color was brilliant; the chorus was strong; the amazing music included marimba, castanets, & church bells; and the Mexican folklore was refreshing to witness on the stage.
