NEW WEBSITE & BRAND ANNOUNCEMENT IS FINALLY HERE!!! WE’RE LIVE BABY!!! 🤩

I’m absolutely over the moon excited to share this with all of you. It’s been a LONG time coming. When I moved to Chicago a year ago, I took down my website. It didn’t feel like “me”. I knew who I was and the work I created, but I was still trying to find my voice & rediscover who I am as a photographer in my portfolio.

And here we are. I’ve never been more sure of who I am as a photographer, the experience I provide, & the incredible people I love to capture.

This past year has been a year of working outside my comfort zone, meeting the most incredible clients (now turned friends), starting a challenging DPT program pursuing my doctorate, & living in my dream city. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that THIS is what I’m meant to do - using this gift that I have to celebrate people for being exactly who they were created to be. I’ve found my true style & gotten in my groove.

I believe in creating photography experiences that focus on building deep personal connections, documenting life-changing milestones, and empowering and celebrating people for who they are. I’m a big believer that professional portraits should be an unforgettable experience & a damn good time.

Absolutely NONE of this would’ve been possible without my girl Natalie, .creative . I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge in branding strategy, eye for design, artistic craft, inspiring vision, & easy-going down to earth nature made this process so smooth, exciting, and fun!! Natalie is an absolute GEM & so incredibly talented!! And she did all of this while she was in her 3rd trimester of her pregnancy!! Talk about a badass mama!! This past weekend, I had the opportunity of photographing Kaitlyn & Michael — some of the most people-centered people that I’ve ever worked with. Everything about their summer wedding day was rooted in intentionality and being present with people they loved. 🌿

Kaitlyn and I played high school soccer together. I remember Kaitlyn as being a fierce competitor, joyful, and caring so deeply for everyone around her. When she reached out to me about photographing her wedding day, I was over the moon excited!!

From start to finish, Kaitlyn and Michael’s crew knew how to make you feel important. They were so calm… not in a lack of energy way, but a deep level of comfort and confidence in the day and the couple they were celebrating. But WOW did they know how to bring the excitement!!! So intentional in every interaction & made me feel like I’d known them all for years!!

During the speeches, Michael was described as someone who “never stops smiling” and Kaitlyn was described as someone who “fiercely fights for the people she loves”. I couldn’t think of a better blend that truly complements one another — a lifetime partnership filled with joy, devotion, loyalty, and friendship.

Let’s hear it for the new Mr. and Mrs. & THE BEST day ever!!! There’s SO much more magic where this came from!! I can’t wait to share it with you!! ✨

Let me tell you a bit about Reilly Jessup. ✨

Reilly and I met in July of 2019 in the Dominican Republic. We were both selected to be interns for Go Ministries — A Christian organization that prioritizes redeeming, renewing, and restoring communities. We worked to put on sports clinics, medical clinics, and do various tasks for the organization. Interns were selected from all over the country and I truly believe that God chose two people from Indiana for a reason. Those 6 weeks were the most life-changing experience of my life and a tremendous period of growth.

We quickly hit it off & coined ourselves “The Sweat Brothers” due to sweating through our clothes while we worked with in the 100 degree heat everyday. Need to vent? Reilly was my girl. Needed help? Reilly was there. Reilly is someone who has a deep love for people & serving others in everything that she does. She is known for deep connection, a servant’s heart, & fiercely pursuing the desires that God has placed on her heart.

It was such an honor to capture her marry Jake, the love of her life.
Mrs. Jessup, you are a stunning bride, incredible wife, & great friend.

WHADDUP JESSUPS!!! (I’ve been waiting to use that for a while LOL)

Wow oh wow. Reilly + Jake got married at their home church in Columbus, IN. It was such a sweet + joy filled day prioritized on what’s most important — spending time with the people you love.

From the First Touch, vow reading, intimate family moments, Reilly walking down the aisle, speeches, and a classic summer backyard party.. it was a filled to the brim with emotion & connection.

I’m SO excited to show you some more of Reilly + Jake!! But for now, I hope you soak of some of the warmth of their golden hour photos. I’m OBSESSED!!! 🤩✨🌞💛
