This is a truly memorable moment to highlight Alex who has a disability work with Esperanza Community Services, & Doors Open Dishes to make a dish for Eden in Chicago

Doors Open Dishes supports people with mental disabilities to create special dishes across Chicago. Alex wanted to combine dishes he likes so people like him can try something new! He got to meet the chef and learn more about the organic and allergy tolerant dish the two of them made, a strawberry shortcake pancake.

We captured the beautiful experience right on our cameras. We even had a chance to showcase Eden’s greenhouse.

Our co-founder, and intern Bryce Hamel had the opportunity to assist all around on set for the next few days with these amazing people!

Yesterday we unveiled a new video for the ‘Doors Open Dishes’ not-for-profit featuring Daniel, and he loved the dish that was made for him.
