Steph and I are back at it! For this session, she managed to get us access to the Arlington Ale House in Arlington Heights, IL, right before the construction was finished.

There is something so fun and adventurous about exploring a raw, industrial space and turning it into a high-end editorial set. The contrast between the glamorous wardrobe and the unfinished wood and concrete made this one of our most creative shoots yet.

I love collaborating with clients who want to think outside the box and try something different. Whether we are exploring a hidden gem in the Chicago area or finding the perfect, rugged aesthetic right here in Westminster, CO, I’m always up for an adventure.

Steph and I are back at it! For this session, she managed to get us access to the Arlington Ale House in Arlington Heights, IL, right before the construction was finished.

I captured this lifestyle session with the incredible Ashley out in LA while working alongside my early photography mentor, Kevin Michael Schmitz. Learning the ropes of high-end, commercial lifestyle photography in that environment completely shaped how I approach my shoots today. We got such a great variety of bright, sun-drenched outdoor looks and clean, modern indoor vibes.

Steph ( )has been an incredible friend and one of my favorite models and actresses to collaborate with for years. Whenever I need to experiment with a new lighting technique or push a creative boundary, she is always game to just go for it.

This set is actually a throwback teaser from the very first shoot we ever did together. We found this abandoned warehouse and silo in downtown Chicago, decided to sneak in, and turned a gritty, industrial space into a backdrop for some high-end editorial portraits.
