As I start to wrap up JSP’s busy season this year, I am thankful for my clients who have become friends throughout the years. Thankful for the chance to watch their families grow. Thankful to document their special moments and the small changes each year. The laughs we share during our sessions fill my heart. And there was no shortage of laughs with Amy, Alexandria, Andrew, and Ashton the other night as we raced the setting sun and kept warm on a chilly evening. You guys are the BEST.

After all of these years, they still humor me by throwing leaves and doing allllllll the traditional poses. (Elliott and Lila, I mean, although Sarah and Eric are also always willing to try my crazy photo ideas, too!) I was so excited to meet Cricket’s new fur sister, Mochi, and catch up on this amazing family’s latest adventures. Saw some of my absolute favorites this morning on a chilly but gorgeous fall day! And as a bonus, I got to meet their brand new furry family member, Mochi! When a baby dog is on the shoot and starts shivering, snuggles are in order! Elliott and Lila did such a good job making her cozy, that she fell asleep. The fall season is always intense for photographers. But the very best part is getting to catch up with client-friends I haven’t seen in a year. It’s THE BEST and makes all of the crazy juggling worth it. Another beautiful golden hour session with Tinaz, Deepak and their gorgeous family.
