It has been an honor to teach others how to develop an eye to document everyday life.
The intimate moments I have captured of my family over the years are among my most prized possessions. They are moments that no other photographer could have captured of my family… because they represent my personal perspective as a mother and as a partner.
In this way, they become tokens of memory, a visual and tangible reminder of the life that has been lived.
I will be teaching this class again as a 7-week course, starting on July 7th at 7pm! 7 is a lucky number, isn’t it?
This class less about which camera or lens you are packing, and more about observing light, space and subject - engaging with your subject, conceptual storytelling and “feeling a moment.” All experience levels welcome!
