It was a gorgeous, sunny Chicago day when I met Rachel and Bobby for their engagement session 💞. About halfway through our time together, we were surprised by a thunderstorm that rolled in ☔️. But instead of running for cover, Rachel and Bobby leaned straight into it, dancing in the rain together. I soon learned it stormed just like this on their first date too. The most magical, full-circle way to celebrate these two getting engaged 🫶

From their engagement and wedding day to growing their family from two, to three, and now four - Alli and John have entrusted me to document all of life’s sweetest chapters. I feel so honored to look back and see all these memories I’ve been trusted to capture.

Moments like these really put everything into perspective. You see familiar faces year after year and feel so grateful for the love, support, and trust someone puts into your art. But there’s something even more special about watching that connection deepen over time — this is exactly what it means to be someone’s “forever photographer.”

Alli and John have given me a glimpse into their world, year after year, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. I’m beyond excited to welcome their newest addition into the world. Congratulations to the Boldens 🥹

Sophomore year of college is when Sam and Amanda first met - set up by their roommates (who are now married themselves!) and hitting it off right away. ☀️ Fast-forward a few years, and now Sam and Amanda are getting married - with their best friends (and matchmakers!) by their side for a lifetime of double dates to come. 💞

Their playful, warm energy made them so easy to photograph - the same energy they must have had back when they first met. They couldn’t stop smiling and laughing with each other, and Tori had the sweetest time capturing these two cuties 🤍

Julia and Jack’s engagement session embodied all that they love, including leisurely neighborhood walks and admiring lakefront views. Julia and Jack are high school sweethearts who have just as much love and care for each other, all these years later. The sweetest session with the sweetest couple!!

August 22nd, 2026 — The Barney’s 🕊️✨

I have so much love for these two; ever since the moment we first met, so to say I was looking forward to this day ALL YEAR would be an understatement. Nat and Shay are two of the kindest, genuine, and hilarious people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and getting to photograph their wedding was an absolute dream.

They wanted their day to feel fun and family-oriented, and it was just that. Eagle Brook Golf Club was the perfect wide-open space to really make their wedding day their own. Every point of their day, down to the beautiful sunny weather, was absolute perfection. Pure fun, joy, and love radiated between these two and everyone who came to celebrate them.

I am honored to not only be their wedding photographer, but their friend as well. Cheers to Nat & Shay 🥂

August 15th, 2026 with Christopher and Shelby — you were too good 🤍

If sunshine took human form, it would be Christopher and Shelby. All day long, from the moment that we greeted them, you could tell that this was the best day of their lives. Jumping for joy all day long, which, frankly, is what every couple should feel on their wedding day. Every bit of their day was paradise draped in lush greenery at the Bridgeport Arts Center. It was a once in a life time kind of day celebrating two people who deserve ALL the love. Cheers to Christopher and Shelby! 🥂
