Jordyn and Daniel had the best day! Gosh I love elopements so freaking much!

These two have seen each other through almost a decade of life together, and yesterday they decided to make it a forever kind of thing.

The rain stopped just long enough to have the most amazing couples session after their ceremony, and I couldn’t be more in love with how their day unfolded! These two are so fun and lighthearted, they ran and laughed, they held eachother close…as a photographer, I had so much fun capturing them! They also give those best friend vibes…like the couple you just feel like you’ve known forever!

I’m terrible at posting wedding day details, bouquets, flat lays, etc. but these florals from in New Orleans were absolutely stunning!

I can’t tell you how highly I recommend Herb and his team! Alsooooooo, if you’re looking to have a New Orleans wedding or elopement, i’d be willing to offer a huge discount to shoot it! It’s my FAVORITE city 🎷

This micro wedding was slow, intentional, and rooted in connection…exactly the kind of day I take on a limited number of each year.

As 2025 comes to a close, I just want to pause for a moment and say thank you…

To every couple who trusted me with one of the most meaningful days of your lives…to every family who invited me into your homes your chaos your quiet moments your love…to every client who believed in my work and my heart behind it, thank you.

This year was filled with belly laughs, tears, happy chaos, soft moments, and memories that will live far beyond a single photograph…being chosen to witness and preserve these seasons of your lives is something I will never take lightly.

You allowed me to tell your stories as they truly are…beautiful, imperfect, emotional, and real…and that trust means everything to me.

Thank you for showing up as yourselves, for letting me create for you with intention and heart, and for making this year one I will always be grateful for.

Photos are your gift to the next generation. Whether that’s your children, grandchildren, etc. photos are a GIFT and all we will have left if those we love. TAKE THE PHOTOS!

Never. Getting. Over. These!!

When I told ashley about this cave in the middle of the desert that I thought would be AMAZING for her maternity photos, she was a bit hesitant. With a little persuasion, she agreed! We made the off-road trip out to the location and climbed into what looked like a giant rock hole in the ground. It was at this point I was questioning whether this was a good idea at all…after basically crawling on our knees to reach the cave, we all audibly gasped when we saw how magical it was!

After everything, I’d still say this maternity session is unreal and so unique!

This means that not only do you get amazing wedding photos, you can also find a nearby scenic spot and capture the most stunning “elopement style” photos!

There’s something hauntingly tender about motherhood.
The way love glows even in the dark.
A flicker of light, a whisper of warmth…
proof that even in the shadows, love burns bright…

Today I turned 36, and I’m making a promise to myself to lean more into photography that makes my heart warm. Much like every other photographer, I’ve spent so long chasing golden light, and I think my calling may have been in the dark and shadows all along 😍
