I know it seems like I haven’t been working, but baby, I been working. I'll be honest, I struggle with social media and putting myself out there. Especially since social media has become this place where if you don't have the most aesthetic post or curated content, you just get buried.

I honestly just want to show ya'll the people I get love on for an hour at a time and show you bits of their stories in small frames.

That's it.

That's all.

Just like this family. Their story in my own life is much larger, but I want to show you a snippet in these sweet five frames.

Starting back strong with this wedding! It’s extremely significant because I actually knew this groom when he was a baby 😭 now he’s grown up and is starting a family of his own!! I had such a wonderful time out in Chipley,Fl with these love birds.

Studies show that children who see photos of themselves in their homes have a stronger sense of identity and security within their family structures. They also feel a sense of safety and love within their home spaces.

Long time no post. I’m going to be hella real. Social media stresses me out. Mainly because it’s so many facets to keep on the brain! Algorithms, reach, engagement, etc. IT’S ALOT YALL. But I plan on getting better (or hiring better 👀) to keep you guys abreast of what’s going on in the SBK world!

When picking your wedding party pals, gals, and guys, you should abide by the acronym F.A.R.T💨

F-FUN!🙌🏾 You do not want killjoys during one of the happiest days of your life!!!

A- ADVENTUROUS!🏔 Sometimes, as your photographer, I may have you hanging off the side of a cliff! Are your friends about that life???? (kidding. I'm not even hanging off the side of a cliff. But you get my point!)

R- RELIABLE!👏🏾 Things move fast during the planning stage and actual day of a wedding! You have to have reliable people so that when things need to get done, you know someone will be able to help!

T- TOP NOTCH!👌🏾 If you're choosing them to stand next to you during your super big day, chances are they are the cream of the crop, the Shaq to your Kobe (may he rest in peace), the mac to your cheese! Making sure the folks standing next to you are people you are going to have in your life for a long time makes a world of difference during your planning and your day!

So remember, when choosing your pals, gals, and guys , just remember they need to be F.A.R.T'ing! 💨

Every session I do with parents/caregivers and their little dependent best friends, I always take them away to do photos with JUST them. Because how else are your kids going to do posts ft. the parents when they thought ya'll were hip and cool?😁
