🎃✨ Spooky season, but make it SPARKLY! ✨🎃

Halloween has officially started making its way into the shop, and apparently I’m incapable of making anything without adding a little extra sparkle. 😂🧡💜

I’ve been busy creating handmade Halloween hairpieces with layers of glittery tulle, fun seasonal embellishments, and plenty of personality. 🐈‍⬛🎃🧙‍♀️ And when that sunshine hits them… THE SPARKLE! ✨✨✨

You’ll find that same little touch of whimsy throughout our Halloween floral arrangements, too. I love adding unexpected details, rhinestones, buttons, glitter, and embellishments that make each piece just a little different from the next.

✨ An old hobby is making a comeback at Big Bear! ✨

Years ago, I used to make these colorful flower hair pieces for craft fairs, and I recently decided…why not bring them back for the shop?! 🌸

Each one is handmade by me using different artificial flowers that I take apart, mix, layer, and rebuild into something completely unique. Then comes my favorite part—choosing a special center for each one! You’ll find everything from sparkly rhinestones and gems to buttons and other little treasures tucked into the middle. 💎🌼

Every flower is backed with felt and attached securely to an alligator clip, so there are lots of ways to wear them:
🌸 Clip one right into your hair
🌸 Add one to a ponytail or braid
🌸 Clip one onto a headband
🌸 They even work beautifully on stretchy headbands for babies and little ones!

And because I’m creating them from different combinations of flowers and centers, no two are quite the same. ❤️

They’re bright, cheerful, a little whimsical, and honestly…I forgot how much fun I had making these.

🎉 SOMETHING SQUISHY IS COMING TO BIG BEAR! 🎉

We are SO excited to share that Big Bear Signs & Gifts will soon be carrying Fun Doh squishies! 😍

You may have seen the viral Mystery Squishy Dumplings popping up lately — and they’re headed our way! We’ll have several varieties coming in, including:

🍂🎃🎄 A little something for every season… 💐

One of my favorite things about the shop is watching it change with the seasons! From bright everyday florals to fall pumpkins, a little Halloween sparkle, and snowy Christmas greens, we’re starting to fill Big Bear with décor for all the seasons ahead.

And these little arrangements aren’t just for decorating your own home. ❤️

Think hostess gifts, Thanksgiving table décor, holiday centerpieces, teacher gifts, Secret Santa gifts, or that little something you bring when you don’t want to show up empty-handed.

Many of our arrangements are created in mugs, teacups and other fun containers, then finished with little details like rhinestones, buttons and jeweled flower centers. No two are quite the same, which makes them especially fun for hostess gifts, holiday centerpieces or a one-of-a-kind gift for someone you love.

So be sure to look closely! ✨ I love adding those unexpected little details to each arrangement—vintage buttons, rhinestones, jeweled centers and other special embellishments tucked among the flowers. Those tiny touches are part of what makes each piece unique.

One of my favorite things about having this little shop is finding vintage treasures and giving them a new life in a fun, unexpected way. I love finding something special that might otherwise be passed by and thinking, “Okay…what can I do with this?” ❤️
These beautiful Fiesta cups and saucers were one of those finds — and they turned into our newest little Cup of Comfort Bar!
