The Flats are open for booking!!!

Here are a few small glimpses into each suite!! We’re still putting the finishing touches on and will have SO SO SO much more to share over these next few weeks, but wanted to give everyone a few weeks heads up so you can book!! We can’t wait for you to see it all!

The first available rental is September 1st!!

The Flats are located across the street from our current location at 5906 Vine St and are located on the second floor. (No elevator access).

The Flats - Unit 1 contains 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room and kitchen stylized with antique, modern, and french inspired decor.

The Flats - Unit 2 contains 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen stylized with vintage, modern, and industrial inspired decor.

*Please note small tweaks in decor/styling may be made to these areas prior to opening.
*These suites will contain winter/holiday decor in one area only, the entire units will not be decorated. All suites that will have holiday decor will start on November 1st. More info/images for holiday decor will be shared by the end of September.

The Studio - 2nd floor - images #1,2 : decorated mantle with greenery, dried fruit, vintage rocking horse, wooden decor!!

The Loft - 3rd floor - images #3,4 : tinsel trees!! small in living area, large in black bedroom.
